4 month tripod picture

This update is a bit overdue as little Elliot is about 4.5 months old now. I can't believe he is almost five months! Little Elliot is not little, in fact he is quite large. He is easily wearing 9 month sized clothing (and maybe even 12 months). He is the sweetest baby ever. We enjoy his shy yet frequent smiles and when he talks to us. He just learned how to roll from back to tummy! I'm so proud! And he is starting to grab on to toys and suck on them. Elliot is a drool machine and loves to eat his hands. He naps pretty well and fairly consistently throughout the day: 9 am, 12:30/1, and then at 5 pm. His bedtime is around 7:30-8 pm. He gets up way too much at night though...11, 2, 5, 6 am...what's the deal Elliot?!?! As jolting as it is to get up so much during the night...it's pretty cute to see him smile and stretch while I change his diaper. At some point we may have to take away the night feedings...I hope he'll just learn on his own so that we won't need to do any sleep training with him...

For weight Elliot is at 18 pounds. For height is at 27.5 inches. We had him tested for a milk allergy...and that came back negative which is great news. We just have to put a hydrocortisone cream on his face to help with the eczema and some thick lotion.

Elliot is super content and seems to just go with the flow...we just love his easy-going nature! Thanks for who you are Elliot and being with us! Muah!
